Grâce au partenariat avec le Club Vivanova depuis quelques années, La Vague de Saint-Paul a eu le plaisir de rencontrer et de recevoir lors de son Buffet de la Mer de Juin Ralph Dorn, rédacteur du site « Côte d’Azur Magazin ».

A stone’s throw from Saint-Paul de Vence and the Maeght Foundation you will find La Vague de Saint Paul in a building designed by André Minangoy in the 1970s. It is characterized by a sober and elegant style and forms a perfect framework for the contemporary art exhibited there.
Chef Akhara Chay has 26 years of professional experience. He learned from the most important chefs such as Ghislaine Arabian, Alain Ducasse and Eric Provos. Together with pastry chef Frédéric Benvenuti, restaurant manager Nicolas Chauvet and sommelier Jérémy Allégretti, Akhara Chay forms a highly motivated team.
